I will certainly play this event though, I really hope that red haired avatar becomes available. As is I see nothing in those buildings worth putting in the effort to get 7 levels of and looking around my city I can't see anything I'd remove to put it down even if I got it all the way up there. Doubling coins and supplies should be all motivation does not make the building useless unless it's motivated or move it to the top of the motivation queue making another FP provider not get motivated in it's place. For me I'm out of space and even with a full and fairy active friends list I still find days an errant SoK isn't polished and I'm sure I'm not alone there.
Motivation is good because it prevents it from being plundered however it's one less SoK you can have in your city.
I'm also growing tired of the required motivation for everything. 3x3 is a good size but those building are meh for something that's going to require so much effort to build.
